Compared with traditional seamless steel products, it has the following advantages:
1. The quick-frozen flat plate adopts Φ32 aluminum tube, the structure is aluminum tube and flat plate, and the evaporation area of the same length is larger, so that the refrigerant charge required for the same cooling capacity is less, which can save the refrigerant cost and increase the system safety.

5. The frozen products have changed from the original contact with the round tube to the plane contact, which increases the contact heat transfer, reduces the contact pressure and wear with the aluminum tube, and improves the service life and safety factor of the shelf.
6. The surface of the aluminum alloy freezing plate has been treated with oxidation resistance. The bracket is made of stainless steel square tube or profile integral hot-dip galvanized, and stainless steel bolts are used for connection with the freezing plate. There is no need for anti-corrosion treatment during use, and the sanitary conditions are good and will not pollute the frozen products.
7. The plate on the aluminum tube is 100 wide and thick and can be connected as a whole.
The lower limit of the use temperature of aluminum alloy is -269 ℃. Aluminum alloy material is more suitable for low temperature environment than seamless steel pipe.
