1) The refrigeration compressor unit is not installed for vibration reduction, or the vibration reduction effect is not good. According to the installation specification, the overall vibration reduction device of the machine group should be installed. If the vibration reduction is not standardized or there is no vibration reduction measure, the machine will vibrate violently, which is easy to cause pipeline vibration crack, equipment vibration damage and even machine room vibration damage.
2) There is no or lack of return loop in the refrigerant line. When the pipeline conveying refrigerant turns from lateral to upward bend, it must be made into a small bend, that is, U-shaped bend, that is, drooping first and then upward, so that the pipeline can only be qualified if it goes upward, and cannot be directly turned upward at 90 degrees. Otherwise, the oil in the system cannot return to the compressor well, and a large amount of oil is deposited in the air cooler, which makes the fan and the whole system unable to function normally and even damage the fan and unit equipment.
3) The refrigerant pipeline connection is not balanced. When the unit pipeline is connected to a group of multiple compressors, in order to make the oil return evenly distributed to each compressor, the main pipeline interface must be set at the middle position of multiple heads, and then some branch pipelines are set to both sides respectively, so that the oil return evenly flows into multiple compressor branch pipes.
Moreover, each branch pipe should be equipped with valves to adjust the amount of oil return. If this is not the case, but a plurality of downward branch pipes are successively led out from different parts of the main pipe to connect to a plurality of compressors, there will be an unbalanced oil return. The first oil return is always the most full, and the latter one will gradually reduce the oil return in turn. In this way, it is possible to make the first compressor operation failure, huge vibration, oil pressure is too high, the unit overheating, so that the compressor cylinder \lock and other accidents, so that the equipment damage.
4) The pipeline is not insulated. If there is no insulation material, the cold pipe will be frosted at ambient temperature, which will affect the refrigeration effect, increase the load of the unit, and then make the unit run with super strength and reduce the service life of the unit.
5) The technical indicators shall be checked regularly and adjusted in time. The operating temperature and pressure of the system, the amount of lubricating oil and refrigerant, should be checked and adjusted in time. The system should have automatic control and compressor alarm devices. Once there is a problem, an alarm will be issued, or the compressor will be shut down automatically.
6) Maintenance of the unit. Regularly replace the lubricating oil and filter. Replenish the refrigerant as needed. The condenser should be cleaned at any time and kept clean to avoid dust, sand or fly debris, which will affect the cooling effect.
