1. Leaching and decontamination: For small-diameter cold storage plate refrigeration pipes and elbows, clean white cloth can be used to soak chlorinated carbon and wipe the inner wall of the pipe. Large diameter pipes can be filled with chlorinated carbon solution for treatment. After about 15-20 minutes, loosen one end of the tube, pour out the carbon chloride solution, wipe it clean, blow dry, and seal for use. When the residual oxide scale and other dirt can not be completely removed, the use of 20% sulfuric acid solution in 40~50 ℃ pickling. The pickling work takes 10 to 15 minutes until all the scale is completely removed.
2. Manual decontamination: drag back and forth in the cold storage plate refrigeration tube with a steel wire brush until the dirt and rust in the tube are removed, then wipe it with a clean white cloth, and then blow dry compressed air to the nozzle until the ejected air has no dirt on the white paper. Enabled when duct seal is installed.
3. sandblasting decontamination: with 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa compressed air will particle size of 0.5~2.0mm sand spray to the rusty metal surface, with sandblasting to remove the dirt on the metal surface, exposing the metal texture and luster. The purified metal surface becomes rough and uniform, so that the paint and the metal surface are well combined, and the rust on the metal surface is removed.

As the temperature decreases, the solid phase component changes along the solidus, and the liquid phase component changes along the liquidus. When cooled to t: temperature (1220 ℃), it can be seen from the intersection of connecting line ef (horizontal line) and liquid and solidus that the composition of liquidus is e,w(Ni) is about 24%, the composition of solidus is f, and w(Ni) is about 36%. According to the lever law, the relative contents of the liquid and solid phases are 50%. When cooled to t: temperature (1210°C), the composition of the solid solution is the original alloy composition (w(Ni) is 30%), and it forms equilibrium with a drop of liquid (composition g). When the temperature is slightly lower than the t temperature, a drop of liquid will also crystallize into a solid solution. After solidification of the cold storage plate, a single-phase uniform solid solution is obtained.
