The specifications of the cold storage are: 25*45*3.5 m sets of storage. The set temperature of the cold storage is -20 and 0 degrees according to the customer's use requirements. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project, 2 50HP Han Bell screw parallel units are adopted in the freezing room, and 2 30HP semi-closed parallel units are adopted in the cold storage room. Save energy and provide cooling capacity on demand, which can save more than 20% of energy than a single independent unit. 3. Safe operation, always monitor the parameters of the unit operation, with fault warning function to ensure safe and reliable operation. And the unit adopts water cooling, which is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly than evaporative cooling or air cooling. In terms of library body, the library board is made of 10cm thick polyurethane thermal insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuedong, which has good thermal insulation effect, energy saving and B2 grade flame retardant and fireproof performance. The whole system has remote monitoring function to check the temperature of cold storage in real time, and alarm for abnormal temperature of cold storage. The project will be completed and delivered in October.
