Project overview:
The specifications of the cold storage are: 8*6*2.7 m sets of storages. The set temperature of the cold storage is -18 and 0 degrees according to the customer's use requirements. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project, 2 5HP Emerson Copeland fully enclosed air-cooled units are adopted, 3P is adopted in the precooling room, the units are characterized by low noise and low failure rate, the evaporator adopts ceiling-type cooler of Xuangong brand, the fan adopts low temperature model, and large fin spacing is not suitable for frosting. In terms of library body, the library board is made of 10cm thick polyurethane thermal insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuedong, which has good thermal insulation effect, energy saving and B1 flame retardant and fireproof performance. The whole system adopts a one-use and one-standby design, with automatic fault switching, and has remote monitoring function to check the temperature of the cold storage in real time, and alarm for abnormal temperature of the cold storage. The project will be completed and delivered for use in July.
