Project overview:
The specifications of the cold storage are: 45*20*4 m 6 sets of storage, and the set temperature of the cold storage is -38 and -20 degrees according to the customer's use requirements, including 4 sets of freezing storage and 2 sets of quick-freezing storage, with a quick-freezing capacity of 4 tons of coconut juice at room temperature for 6 hours to 18 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project, 4 sets of 40HP Zhejiang Daming semi-enclosed air cooling units are adopted, and two sets of 80P screw machines are adopted in parallel, the unit is characterized by a low-temperature compressor, which has a faster cooling speed under low-temperature working conditions. The evaporator adopts 4 snow palace brand DD-360 and 8 DJ-400 ceiling air coolers. The fans adopt a low-temperature model, and the fin spacing is large and should not be frosted. In terms of library body, the library board adopts 15cm thick polyurethane thermal insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuedong, which has good thermal insulation effect, energy saving and B1 flame retardant and fireproof performance. The project was completed and delivered in September.
