2. Project overview:
In July 2019, our company successfully signed a contract with Chengdu Xileduo Warehouse Supermarket Cold Storage Project. The project designed and built by our company is 490 cubic meters of back-up cold storage, which is used to store high-grade fruits and frozen meat and design glass doors for commodity display, so as to facilitate customers to purchase independently and meet the demand of uninterrupted replenishment.
According to the customer's requirements, the external size of the cold storage is 15*8*4.5 meters. The cold storage is designed with glass doors on all sides, and the refrigeration equipment adopts imported German Bitzer compressor. The library body adopts split design and is divided into two warehouses: freezing and cold storage.
In the project, 1 BITZER 10HP, 1 BITZER 10HP, 1BITER 8HP semi-hermetic compressor unit, BITER unit features the compressor is equipped with an electronic protection module, and PTC sensors are used to monitor the temperature of the motor. C1 to C4 are all designed with high-quality wear-resistant parts and octagonal design, so that the compressor meets the extremely small space requirements. The library board is made of 10cm thick polyurethane insulation board independently produced by Xuedong. The thickness of color steel is 0.4mm, which has higher strength on the one hand and cleanness on the other hand. Evaporator, the use of snow palace production of DD-80 and DD-60 ceiling air cooler, low failure rate, low operating costs, energy saving and environmental protection. The high-end atmosphere of the special glass door for the whole cold storage adds more visible space, but also for the customer's shopping atmosphere to improve a grade. At the end of the construction, the customer is very satisfied with the design, construction and completion quality of the whole project.
The library was inspected and put into normal use in November 2019, providing customers with more convenient high-temperature and low-temperature storage services.
