2. Project overview:
In April 2020, our company successfully signed a contract with Jiangsu Zhen'an Electric Power Cold Storage Insulation Board Project for the customer's power equipment insulation room.
For the cold storage design project, according to the customer's use requirements, the storage body needs to ensure that the temperature in the storage is within 20 degrees in an environment of -40 degrees in Inner Mongolia. The external dimensions of the cold storage are 4.8*2.6*2.6 m, and the final cold storage adopts 20cm thick polyurethane cold storage insulation board,As the most popular thermal insulation material, polyurethane has the following advantages: high efficiency insulation, low thermal conductivity of rigid polyurethane, good thermal performance. When the density of rigid polyurethane is 35~40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018~0.024w/(mk), which is the lower thermal conductivity of all thermal insulation materials at present,Stable quality, long service life, comprehensive cost-effective rigid polyurethane foam insulation structure average life, under normal use and maintenance conditions, 100mm cold storage board can reach more than 30 years. Can do in the life of the structure under normal use conditions, in dry, wet or electrochemical corrosion, as well as due to insects, fungi or algae growth or due to rodent damage and other external factors, will not be damaged.
In the project, embossed aluminum plate is used as the bottom plate of the warehouse to prevent damage to the bottom plate caused by long-term trampling according to customer requirements. In addition, 0.5mm thick color steel plate is used on both sides of the cold storage plate. In order to increase the sealing of the library door, Jiang applied the double door lock to the single door, which greatly improved the sealing of the door.
