Hangao (Jiangsu) Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is located in Xinqiao Town, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, a well-known "hometown of auto parts. The company mainly produces automotive sound insulation and noise reduction products, especially NVH products. 2. Project overview:
In July 2018, our company successfully signed a contract with Chenghan High Assembly Line Movable Cold Storage Project. The project designed and built by our company is 12 cubic meters of movable cold storage, which is used to cool down customer assembly line products.
For the cold storage design project, according to the customer's use requirements, the outer size of the cold storage is 4.2*1.4*2.1 meters. The cold storage adopts a movable design, with a water-saving plate and a movable base. Refrigeration equipment using domestic Copeland compressor.In the project, two 10HP water-cooled semi-closed compressor units are used for customer requirements. The water-cooled units have the advantages of low noise and high efficiency. The library body adopts movable design, and the channel steel base is equipped with pulleys so that the cold storage can be used anywhere. The library board adopts the 10cm independently produced by the snow palace.Thick polyurethane insulation board, color steel thickness of 0.326mm, on the one hand has a higher strength, on the other hand, clean and sanitary. As for the evaporator, the DD-40 side air outlet air cooler produced by Xuedong is used to vertically send cold air to the assembly line from top to bottom to achieve rapid cooling effect. At the end of the construction, the customer is very satisfied with the design, construction and completion quality of the whole project,
The library was inspected and put into normal use in July 2018, providing customers with more convenient refrigeration services.
