Project overview:
The specifications of the cold storage are: 39*15*2.7 m two warehouses. The cold storage is divided into two temperature zones according to the customer's use requirements. The temperature of the cold storage requires 10-15 degrees and the temperature of the freezer requires -20 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project, three 30HP Zhejiang Daming semi-closed air-cooled units are adopted. The units are characterized by high cost performance, good refrigeration effect and increased treatment of the air condensers of the snow palace units to prevent high pressure in high temperature, the evaporator adopts 3 sets of DD-250 floor type air coolers of Xuedong brand. All the fans are equipped with defrosting water pipe electric heating line, which makes the floor type more convenient to install and debug. In terms of library body, the library board is made of 10cm thick polyurethane thermal insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuedong, which has good thermal insulation effect, energy saving and B1 flame retardant and fireproof performance. The control cabinet adopts split electric control cabinet, which saves the cost of wires and is convenient for customers to observe the temperature, which is concise and clear. The project will be completed and delivered in October.
