Project overview:
The specifications of the cold storage are: 25 * * 11*5.4 meters, with no bottom plate. According to the customer's use requirements, the temperature is required to be 10-15 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project, a 40HP six-cylinder semi-closed air-cooled unit is adopted. The unit is characterized by high cost performance and good refrigeration effect. The unit adopts V-type condenser, which has good heat dissipation effect and low high pressure of the unit. The evaporator adopts two DD-160 ceiling-mounted air coolers of Xuedong brand, and the fans are all equipped with defrosting water pipe electric heating line. In terms of warehouse body, the warehouse board is made of 10cm thick polyurethane thermal insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuedong. The thickness of color steel is 0.426mm, which has good thermal insulation effect, saving electricity and energy. In order to facilitate the entry and exit of vehicles, the cold storage door adopts electric medium-sized sliding door with no threshold design. The inner girder design is also added to the library body to ensure the strength of the library body. The customer is very satisfied with the design, construction and completion quality of the whole project.
