Cold storage specifications for two sets, specifications for 6*15*4. According to the customer's use requirements, the project in the refrigeration equipment: the use of 10 20HP four-cylinder semi-closed air-cooled units, the unit is characterized by high cost performance, good refrigeration effect. The evaporator adopts 10 DJ-115 ceiling-mounted air coolers of Xuedong brand. All the fans are equipped with defrosting water pipe electric heating line. DJ model has better effect under low temperature and quick freezing conditions. In terms of warehouse body, the warehouse board is made of 15cm thick polyurethane thermal insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuedong. The thickness of color steel is 0.426mm, which has good thermal insulation effect, saving electricity and energy. In order to facilitate the entry and exit of vehicles, the cold storage door adopts medium-sized sliding door and adopts no threshold design. The inner girder design is also added to the library body to ensure the strength of the library body. The customer is very satisfied with the design, construction and completion quality of the whole project.
