Project overview:
The specifications of the cold storage are: more than 7*19*2.6 meters. The cold storage is divided into two temperature zones according to the customer's use requirements. The temperature of the cold storage requires 0-5 degrees and the temperature of the cold storage requires -20 degrees. In terms of refrigeration equipment in the project, 6 8HP Emerson Copeland fully enclosed air-cooled units are adopted. The units are characterized by high cost performance, good refrigeration effect, low noise and 63DB at 1 meter, which can be safely used in residential areas. The evaporator adopts 6 DD-60 ceiling-mounted air coolers of Xuedong brand, all of which are equipped with defrosting water pipe electric heating line. In terms of library body, the library board is made of 10cm thick polyurethane thermal insulation cold storage board independently produced by Xuedong, which is 0.8mm and 304 stainless steel for corrosion prevention, with good thermal insulation effect, energy saving and energy saving. The control cabinet adopts Jingchuang split-type electric control cabinet, which saves the cost of wires and is convenient for customers to observe the temperature, which is concise and clear. The project will be completed and delivered in April.
